Loadly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Data We Collect
Account Information
- Email address - Optional, only if you link a Google account
- Display name - Your chosen name in the app
- Profile picture - Optional avatar image
Work Session Data
- Session times - Start time, end time, and duration
- Job/project information - Names and categories you create
- Stress level - Self-reported rating (1-10) after each session
- Energy level - Self-reported rating (1-10) after each session
- Notes - Optional notes you add to sessions
Aggregated Data
- Daily summaries - Total hours, average stress/energy, workload score
- Burnout status - Calculated health status (Healthy, Warning, Risk)
How We Use Your Data
- Calculate your daily workload score and burnout risk
- Display statistics and weekly trends
- Sync your data across devices (if you're logged in)
- Improve the app experience
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service hosted in AWS data centers. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and stored with encryption at rest.
We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, database row-level security, and regular security audits. An internet connection is required to use Loadly.
Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through Settings → Delete All Data, all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

Your Rights
- Delete your data - Go to Settings → Delete All Data
- Logout - You can logout anytime from the Profile screen
- Use anonymously - You can use the app without linking a Google account
What We Don't Do
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties
- We do NOT use your data for advertising
- We do NOT share your data with employers or companies
- We do NOT track your location
Children's Privacy
Loadly is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at semakode@gmail.com and we will delete such information from our systems.
