By downloading, installing, or using Loadly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loadly. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
3. Description of Service
Loadly is a personal workload and burnout tracking application that helps users monitor their work hours, stress levels, and energy levels. The App calculates a workload score to help users identify potential burnout risks.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
5. Health Disclaimer
Important: Loadly is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition including burnout syndrome. The workload scores and status indicators are for informational purposes only. If you are experiencing symptoms of burnout, depression, or other health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Semakode and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Semakode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
